This FAQ was written making extensive use of an HTML extension not supported by all browsers. If yours doesn't support this attribute (no version of IE does) most of the text of the FAQ subjects will fill most of the width of your browser window. If yours does, most of the text will be in a more easily readable columnar format, much like you read in newspapers and magazines.
A byproduct of using this columnar format is that whole topics may not fit in a single browser window, even if the browser is maximized. In most cases, a topic will fit in a single maximized browser window if your browser font selected is 10-12 points in size (pica), and your screen resolution is 800 X 600 or greater, depending upon the font type. When a whole topic does not fit, you must scroll down to finish the left column and then back up to the top of the right column to continue the topic, much like is required reading a newspaper folded in half.
